Payments

custardshop.co.uk uses SSL technology to secure your information. Furthermore, when you send a payment, the recipient does not receive any financial data about you, such as your account or credit card number.

Any cancellation after validation of payment will be subject to a request for authorisation of reimbursement from Custard Shop.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or adjusted. By completing your purchase you agree to our terms and conditions and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Refunds may take several weeks to appear on your account statement.

No, we do not generally restock either the Originals or Reclaimed Collection Items

Shipping

All Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Allow 48 hours after the stated delivery time. If your package has still not been delivered, contact us for assistance at hello@custardshop.co.uk
